I wonder how many of you are aware of some of the injustices and false accusations going on with active duty soldiers across all branches of the military.

I’m working on starting a Non-Profit to help these veterans that will come out of the Military as Felons. They need jobs and housing before the parole board will even think of letting them out on parole. These soldiers need a voice. Citizens willing to help make changes since Congress has gotten involved the accused has lost their rights to defend themselves against these accusations. They fought and are fighting so citizens can have these rights but yet once accused they do not have the same rights as a regular citizen after fighting to guarantee these rights for the citizens!

This is a result of political pressure to appear tough on the popular, but incorrect, perception of an epidemic of sexual assault in America, especially in the military and universities. As a result of this pressure many changes have occurred to the UCMJ, and monetary and other rewards have been established to promote an increase in allegations. As a result, our military service members no longer have the same rights as the American citizens they protect.

I’m including links for your review and would like to see every citizen be a part of our organization called Giving Veterans A Second Chance. We will serve all Veterans as they have all served us!!

Here is our Mission Statement:

Nature of the Organization Giving Veterans A Second Chances, Inc. (GVSC), (the “Organization”) is working on becoming a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation organized August 5, 2016, for the purpose of providing vital programs and services to Military Veterans ex-felons/felony service members in order to support their transition to civilian life as well-adjusted citizens. Our mission of the organization is to carry out our Oath of Honor, Courage and Commitments. Our purpose is fourfold:

  1. To raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of Veterans and Civilians;
  2. To help felony veteran’s aid and assist each other;
  3. To provide unique, direct programs and services to meet their needs and finally;
  4. Create an opportunity for veterans/felons to experience the healing power of a helping hand. Through Housing, Job Training, Counseling and other assistance through other Non-Profits.

PTSD is the #1 cause of veterans becoming felons and a reason for suicide among our vets. Helping these veterans will cut down on both these. We firmly believe that only a vet knows how and what helps other veterans.

Vision:

Our vision is to foster the most successful and well-adjusted generation of veterans and ex-felons in our nation’s history. The courage to continue through honor and empowerment!

VETERANS will not go from Hero to Zero in a split second.

The following is reports and articles wrote about what is and has been going on for awhile now. These Veterans could really use your assistance.

Thank You for your time,

Marilyn Curtis

Major Mason Weiss US ARMY Law Instructor

Quoted from: http://www.cotwa.info/2016/03/law-review-article-shows-how-difficult.html

“MAJ Weiss is a courageous Army JAG Officer for writing this article, as it is not politically welcomed to criticize those who have implemented these changes or take actions that are not in lockstep with the narrative that all victims tell the truth, sometimes panels that are hand selected by the Commanding General make the wrong call, or innocent Service members are being prosecuted, and sometimes convicted, at Courts-martial for offenses that would never see the inside of a civilian courtroom. This article is a good synopsis of what Army Trial Defense Counsel go through day in and day out defending those who defend America who have been wrongly accused.”

Army Major Burris Sentenced to 20 years (A JAG Supervisor)

http://www.militarycorruption.com/burris.htm

“My assessment is that Ms. Burris’ allegations . . . her statements to CID . . . were driven by a combination of motives. The evidence in the case file and testimony suggests she embellished or made untruthful and or inconsistent claims . . . her displays of emotion . . . did not appear genuine . . . I am left with no other alternative but that Ms. Burris is fabricating her allegations.”

“Burris mightily pissed off the powers that be when he testified for an Army captain in a court-martial proceeding last year. Burris even had the temerity to reveal, under oath, that sometimes in his position as JAG supervisor of sexual assault cases at Fort Bragg, that “pressure” was brought to bear on him to swiftly move the accusations to an Article 32 proceeding, even when “proof” was “iffy” at best.”

Michael Conzachi a retired law enforcement veteran in Southern California, and private investigator with approximately 35 years experience.

http://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/government-tyranny/the-difficulty-of-defending-military-members-accused-of-sexual-misconduct/

“With the vast array of published articles on AVFM and other sites of the draconian sexual assault witch hunt mentality of the U.S. military, it is explicitly clear that the United States Military is now the most dangerous and hostile work environment for males. Never in the history of this great nation have the genders been pitted against one another as they have for the past 7+ years.”

http://ncfm.org/2016/08/news/mens-health/ncfm-adviser-michael-conzachi-another-in-a-long-line-of-false-military-sexual-assault-cases/

“Currently, it can be safe to say; that on allegations of sexual misconduct, the military is in a state of “prosecutorial frenzy.” It appears the mere hint or utterance of the word “rape,” in the military, “triggers” quivering commanders who have soiled themselves and an armada of zombie-like self-centered prosecutors, ethically void military law enforcement agents, and a host of others with titles beginning with the word “special,” all simultaneously chanting in monotones: CONVICT! CONVICT! CONVICT! CONVICT! ARRRRRRRRR!”

http://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/government-tyranny/the-difficulty-of-defending-military-members-accused-of-sexual-misconduct/

“Unless the pendulum, that has swung, almost into oblivion in the depths of lunacy and constitutional obliteration, I would not recommend military service to any male any longer.”

“Yet here I sit, in a small cold cell. But I would rather be here with my brothers than having to associate with REMFs such as crooked JAG lawyers, CID investigators, and self-serving gutless “leaders.” If Americans only knew what was going on would they take the time to do something?”

“The military’s sexual assault witch hunt is a tragedy of biblical proportions; the numbers of wrongfully convicted are staggering, and the numbers, and the stories of the negatively affected family members left in its wake should and must be a national outrage. The public is clueless about what really happens in these false allegation cases, and few if any politicians have a grasp on what goes on and are either powerless to do anything about it, or ignore it for political correctness and expediency.”

“What service members need to realize is the vast danger that they are in. One phone call or one allegation from a vengeful wife or a break-up with girlfriend is enough to ruin their careers and lives, all in the name of political correctness, and to appease the rape hysterics in the Pentagon and in politics, like Gillibrand, McCaskill and Ayotte.”

Save Our Heroes

“U.S. Veteran men are now the new political prisoners of the world, the real expendables. After years of putting their lives on the line for their country, and sacrificing irreplaceable family time, their country is now railroading them into prison. Their families that also sacrificed so much are being left alone again, but now without any income and security. That money is being given to reward false accusers. This is all being done so that military leaders can show politicians that they are tough on sexual crimes and deserve to keep their convening authority power. This is legal power few of them even understand. It is the ultimate betrayal.”

“Now that the dust has settled and some time has passed, whistleblowers have disclosed that the Air Force investigations trampled on due process rights. And individuals were railroaded with collateral charges which forced them to take plea deals to avoid excessive punishments.”

General Mark Welsh Chief of Staff US AIR FORCE

“This crystallizes why generals, who are paid to solve problems and get things done, should not be operating a justice system. They are politicians, or if we’re being more charitable, strategists. They’re not jurists, and it shows.”

“Obviously the way to promote more false reporting is to reward it and there are numerous programs available for such strumpets to take advantage of. While many of these programs are legitimate and offer needed help and care, all too often they degenerate into ideologically-driven cabals with the objective of destroying men and the military. And in some cases these destructive programs are funded through the various military branches as has been our experience with a number of base Family Advocacy Programs, or directly by the Department of Defense, which seems to be the case with MilitaryOneSource.com.”
